Workshop: Energy Efficiency Comes First | June 28 & 29

The Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation (LCEC) will be organizing a national workshop for two consecutive days on 28 and 29 June 2022 under the title “Energy Efficiency Comes First”.

This event is an opportunity to present and discuss the latest developments taking place in the energy efficiency sector of Lebanon, including activities related to the “energy conservation law”, energy audit business, efficient cooling systems, and energy efficiency in buildings. The workshop will also cover the potential of the “distributed renewable energy law”, the next steps regarding the 11 solar farms licenses, and other subjects.

Due to limited availability, attendance will be on a first-come-first-serve basis; and priority will be given to the members of the Lebanon Committee of the World Energy Council. The workshop will also witness the final national event of the EU-funded BEEP project.
